Guest speaker, Dominic Geer, Senior Partner at Equistone, spoke about Equistone’s approach to investing, their sourcing and execution model they have optimised for European mid-market companies, the value creation levers they focus on and the sustained exit performance over the last 24 months.
Martin Lally, Managing Director of Key Capital Investment Management (KCIM) led a Q&A session with Dominic that covered company valuations, cost and availability of debt, and the main drivers and opportunities over the next years for Private Equity in the UK and Europe.
Conor O’Dea, Director, KCIM, spoke about our investment philosophy, the confidence we have in our Private Equity Program, the calibre of the managers selected, recent exit performance and the strong performance of Private Equity following previous market corrections.
