Key Capital Private Equity Program Update

Key Capital was delighted to host an update on the performance of the Key Capital – Private Equity Program and our latest offering for qualifying investors Key Capital – Private Equity Fund VI, which is deploying into the current market following its recent first close.

Our guest speaker, Gabriele Cipparrone, Apax Partners, discussed navigating the current market landscape and the Apax approach to Private Equity investing. Apax Partners is a leading global Private Equity firm, which was founded in 1969 and has raised over $60bn since inception. Apax has a strong track record across multiple market cycles and has invested in companies such as: GlobalLogic, Genius Sports, Tommy Hilfiger and Boats Group.

Martin Lally, Key Capital Investment Management, spoke about the confidence we have in our Private Equity Program and the expertise of the underlying managers to invest through market cycles. He also provided a detailed performance update on our existing Private Equity Funds and an overview of Key Capital – Private Equity Fund VI.
