Key Capital Investment Management Announce First Close on Key Capital - Private Equity Fund VI

Key Capital Investment Management (KCIM) are delighted to announce the successful €34m first close for Key Capital – Private Equity Fund VI.  

The fund will provide access to a diversified selection of leading global private equity managers with track records of delivering strong returns for investors across market cycles.

The fund is deploying into the current market and has already committed to Warburg Pincus, a global private equity firm with a 55-year track record of investing in world class businesses such as: GrubHub, CrowdStrike, Summit Health and the AA.

This is the tenth fund in the Key Capital - Private Assets Program for Qualifying Investors, increasing the total amount raised since 2012 to €440m.

The next close will take place at the end of June 2022.
