Key Capital Advises Savvy as It Enters a Strategic Partnership with AnyCard and Lifestyle to Create Norell

Key Capital has advised the shareholders of Card Commerce Limited, trading as Savvy, as it enters into a strategic partnership with AnyCard and Lifestyle to create Norell.
The new group brings together three complementary businesses serving the gift card, stored-value and rewards markets across the UK, Europe and North America. Savvy, AnyCard and Lifestyle will keep their established brand identities, capabilities, market focus and talent under the Norell group.
New investment from Codex Capital will support each business’s strategy. It will strengthen their technology, content and service capabilities, helping them serve partners and customers in international markets.
Headquartered in Dublin, Savvy is a highly focused processor that powers brilliant gift card programmes for its brands through the advanced capabilities of Elevate, its globally available Azure cloud-based processing platform.
