The IMAP (International Mergers and Acquisitions Partnership) Dealbook 2023 is the track record of our global M&A collaborative efforts from Q1 2022 to Q2 2023, 30% of which are cross-border deals.

In the first half of 2023 our IMAP dealmakers completed 104 transactions valued at more than $4.3bn.

The IMAP results reflect a dynamic mid-market M&A environment - despite the macro headwinds - with several positive trends driving transactions that should continue:

• an aging owner base looking for exits

• a move towards market efficiencies and consolidation

• the adoption of new technologies

• strategic and PE Investors moving downstream in search of less risky and less complicated deals
