Key Capital advised the management team of C3 Imaging Ltd on an MBO

Key Capital advised the management team of C3 Imaging Limited, a leading digital imaging and graphics solutions provider, on a management buyout. Under the terms of the MBO, the management team, backed by O’Flaherty Holdings Limited (OFH), acquired the entire share capital of C3 Imaging Ltd from the Kelvinside Group.
