Key Capital advised Riverdeep Group plc (NASDAQ: RVDP), a leading developer of interactive educational products, on the acquisition of Broderbund, previously the consumer productivity assets of The Learning Company (TLC), from Gores Technology Group. The deal increased the range of products available to Riverdeep’s US consumer base.
