Key Capital advised Killeen Group Holdings on the sale of Mount Juliet Golf & Country Club, a luxury resort located in County Kilkenny, to Tetrarch Capital and private investor Emmet O’Neill.

Set in 500 acres of grounds, Mount Juliet is one of Ireland’s finest hotel and golf resorts. It encompasses a large country house, trading as a hotel, an 18-hole championship golf course and a Michelin Star restaurant. In recent years, the Jack Nicklaus designed 18-hole championship golf course has been consistently voted Ireland’s Best Parkland Golf Course by leading golf publications.
