Key Capital advised on the acquisition of Alphyra Group plc

Key Capital advised Redina, a company owned by the management team of Alphyra Group Plc and Benchmark Capital Europe, on its acquisition of Alphyra Group plc. Upon deal completion, Alphyra delisted from the Irish and London stock exchanges.
