Key Capital advised NM Rothschild & Sons on the acquisition of Elgin Capital, the European CLO and hedge fund asset manager, which at the time of the sale had c. €1.5 billion AUM. The acquisition was a key step for Rothschild in furthering its object of building a leading global debt asset management business.
