Key Capital advised Mizuho Corporate Bank, the Japan based corporate and investment banking firm, on the sale of Mizuho Investment Management (UK), its corporate debt funds management subsidiary, to 3i Debt Management, a wholly owned subsidiary of 3i Group plc (LSE:III), the UK based private equity firm.
