Key Capital advised Magnet Networks and CVC on its acquisition of Imagine

Advised Magnet Networks and Columbia Ventures Corporation (CVC) on the acquisition and financing of Imagine Telecommunication Business Retail DAC. The deal saw Magnet Networks become the third largest provider of business telecoms in Ireland.

Established in 2004, Magnet Networks, with the support of CVC, has invested in excess of €120 million in developing an advanced telecoms network.
