Key Capital advised KBC on the restructuring of its PE portfolio

Key Capital was adviser to KBC on the restructuring of its PE portfolio – selling exposures to Irish VC funds and instigating a buyout FoF strategy.

Key Capital acted as adviser to KBC in the restructuring of the portfolio including

• (i) The sale of its largest fund commitment, a €20,000,000 commitment to ACT 2001 VENTURE CAPITAL FUND NO 1 L.P.

• (ii) The purchase of a number of international buy-out fund of fund commitments in the secondary and primary market.
