Key Capital advised Insomnia (Redcoral Catering Ltd) on the sale of a 51% stake to Penninn HF

Key Capital advised coffee shop chain Insomnia (Redcoral Catering Limited) on the sale of a 51% stake to Penninn HF, the Iceland based stationery wholesaler and retailer. The transaction is in line with Penninn HF’s expansion strategy in Northern Europe, and sees the Insomnia management team retaining a 49% stake in the company.
