Key Capital advised Harleston Group on the acquisition of both Heat Merchants and Tubs & Tiles

Key Capital advised Harleston Group, parent company of Hevac the Ireland-based supplier of heating and plumbing equipment, on the acquisition of both Heat Merchants and Tubs & Tiles. Heat Merchants supplies heating and plumbing equipment and heating and catering spares, while Tubs & Tiles is a retailer of tiles, sanitary ware and wood flooring. Both companies were previously part of BHT Group prior to its liquidation.
