Key Capital advised Champion Sports Group on its acquisition by PCP ONE, an investment vehicle representing a consortium of investors led by John Quinn. The transaction involved PCP ONE Limited acquiring the entire business interests of Champion Sports Group – a portfolio which included 17 retail outlets located in prime locations throughout the country.
