Key Capital advised Callan Bacon on its acquisition of Stirchley Bacon

Key Capital advised Callan Bacon Limited (mother company is M&M Walshe Holdings Ltd, a family-owned and managed group) on purchasing the Worcestershire-based bacon producer, Stirchley Bacon.

The group is the largest producer of retail bacon in Ireland, with substantial sales in the UK. This transaction is another step in the company’s strategic growth in new European markets.
