Key Capital advised Air France on the sale of CityJet, the Ireland-based regional airline to INTRO Aviation GmbH, the Germany-based airline specialist.

Founded in 1992 in Dublin, CityJet carries over two million passengers per year. CityJet operates a network of European regional point-to-point routes with London City Airport serving as its primary hub.
