Key Capital advised 3i Debt Management on the acquisition of the European CLO management contracts of Invesco. At the time of the sale Invesco had c. €2 billion AUM in seven CLOs. The acquisition was a key step for 3i Debt Management in furthering its objective of building a leading global debt asset management business.
