Key Capital acted as structuring advisor for Schroders Private Equity Fund

Between December 2006 and June 2007, Key Capital acted as structuring advisor for €160m in Schroder Private Equity Fund of Funds I, II and III.

SPEFOF I, in December 2006, was a €20m distribution bridge; SPEFOF II, in April 2007, was a €70m equity call bridge; and SPEFOF III, in June 2007 was also a €70m equity call bridge.

Key Capital created a cash flow model to allow recommendations to be made which ultimately led to leverage facilities being put in place. It also discussed with SVG and the Find of Funds team the initial Key Capital analysis regarding the benefits of leverage and the appropriate amounts that could be utilised.
