Key Capital acted as arranger and placement agent for SVG’s third PE CFO. Equity was broadly syndicated to insurance companies and pension funds in the UK and Scandinavia.

a €700m Private Equity Collateralised Fund Obligation (CFO).

€420m of Diamond III was in the form of a 10 Year Revolving Debt Facility, while the remaining €280m was made up of equity securities in the form of subordinated notes.
