Key Capital advised on the ‘election proposal’ in respect of Permira IV and overall leverage strategy for the fund.

Key Capital acted as financial advisor for Sapphire IV, which is a $450m feeder vehicle to Permira Europe IV. This vehicle, which is advised by SVG Capital, comprised €100m in revolving debt facility and €350m in equity commitments.
