Key Capital acted as advisor and placement agent on the Mizuho Friday St European Mezzanine Fund

Key Capital acted as placement agent and advised on fund structure for a €300m European Mezzanine Fund which was advised and backed by Mizuho. The fund comprised €150m in revolving debt facility and €150m in equity securities.
